She stayed there for 17 years while getting advanced education in the professional beauty field and becoming a premier hair cutting specialist in top salons. She was a leading regional trainer for professional hair product manufacturers and learned the importance of relationships between clients and business. After moving to Colorado and giving up hair cutting, Donna began managing and mentoring several small business entrepreneurs.
